You can join us online every week at 11am via Zoom, no experience or registration required! Whether you are a first time mediator or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome. Our typical structure is about 60 minutes long which consists of silent meditation, a short reading, and a discussion. We may occasionally add in-person meetings as interest arises but all meetings will be hybrid.
